Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and services provided by Millennium Signs, located at 14 John Street, Unit 3, Selby, Johannesburg. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These conditions apply to the supply of all signage goods and services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Quotations & Orders
✔ All quotes are valid for 14 working days from the date of issue.
✔ An order is confirmed once written acceptance is received or a deposit is paid.
✔ Any changes to specifications or scope may result in revised pricing or lead times.
3. Pricing & Payment
✔ Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.
✔ A 50% deposit is required to begin production; balance due before delivery/installation unless otherwise agreed.
✔ Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.
4. Delivery & Installation
✔ Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on project scope and material availability.
✔ Millennium Signs is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supplier delays or extreme weather.
✔ The client is responsible for ensuring site readiness and access for installation.
5. Design & Artwork
✔ All designs remain the property of Millennium Signs unless fully paid for and agreed otherwise in writing.
✔ We assume the customer has obtained all necessary permissions for logos, branding, or content provided to us.
6. Warranty
✔ Our signage products carry a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of installation.
✔ The warranty does not cover misuse, vandalism, wear and tear, or external damage due to environmental factors.
✔ Millennium Signs will repair or replace defective signage at our discretion upon proper notification within the warranty period.
7. Liability
✔ Millennium Signs will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from delayed delivery or signage failure.
✔ Responsibility for checking artwork accuracy, spelling, and layout lies with the client once final proof is approved.
8. Cancellation & Returns
✔ Orders may be cancelled in writing within 48 hours, subject to material or labour costs incurred.
✔ Custom signage orders are non-refundable once production has started.
✔ Any approved return must be agreed upon in writing and returned in original condition.
9. Intellectual Property
✔ All designs, concepts, and technical drawings created by Millennium Signs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
✔ Clients may not reproduce or use our designs without written consent.
10. General
✔ These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
✔ Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the jurisdiction of South African courts.
✔ Millennium Signs reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
